You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 1betqq platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by users under 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds and winnings will be forfeited.
Our services are intended exclusively for users residing in Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of account creation and at the time of placing each bet. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to obscure your location is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You are permitted to hold only one account with 1betqq. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
1betqq accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specified in your account settings or imposed for responsible gaming purposes. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though in rare cases processing may take up to 15 minutes.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts (including family members, friends, or business associates) will be rejected, and the funds will be returned to the source account minus any applicable processing fees.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00 – 22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Before processing a withdrawal, we require that the total amount wagered (turnover) on your account be at least equal to the total amount deposited. This requirement helps us comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Accounts that attempt to withdraw without meeting the minimum turnover requirement may be subject to additional verification or rejection of the withdrawal request.
To process your first withdrawal, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and optionally a selfie holding your KTP. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless we detect suspicious activity or changes to your account information.
All bonuses awarded by 1betqq are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page at the time of bonus activation and incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough") that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or placing bets with minimal risk to meet wagering requirements artificially. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Our welcome bonus and other first-deposit bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times through the creation of additional accounts or the use of shared devices is prohibited.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 1betqq. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history with a unique bet ID, it is considered accepted and binding.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. In the case of togel (lottery) bets, results are determined by the official draw conducted by the applicable lottery operator (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). For sports bets, we rely on official league statistics and referee decisions. For sabung ayam (cockfighting) bets, results are determined by the arena operator's official call.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For togel draws, if an official draw is cancelled or delayed, all bets on that draw will be voided.
We reserve the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that contain an obvious error (also known as "palpable error"). Examples include incorrect odds due to human error or technical malfunction, or events that have already concluded at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account, but any winnings derived from the erroneous bet will be void.
1betqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you manage your gambling, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you can activate self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification checks.

In the event of account termination, we reserve the right to withhold any balance, winnings, or bonuses in your account. If we determine that the termination was due to a minor administrative issue rather than fraud or abuse, we may return your deposited funds minus any bonuses received.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.
The 1betqq platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, results, or other information displayed on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1betqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures affecting third-party payment processors or data centers.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by 1betqq. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
